All deliveries follow Lebanese laws, import bans, duties and restrictions.
Cash on Delivery – pay the driver upon delivery.

We currently do not accept credit/debit cards or international transfers.
Tobacco (cigars, cigarettes, shisha): No returns or exchanges.
Beverages: Exchange/return within 10 days at our branches. Must be unopened, in original packaging, with receipt.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Modifications: Not allowed after placing an order.
Cancellations: Only within 2 hours of submitting your order by contacting customer service.
