Terms and Conditions

   This agreement is between WADIHCO SARL (“WADIHCO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the owner and operator of Drinks4LessOnline.com (the “Platform”), and you (“you” or “your”), a user of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
   

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages and tobacco in Lebanon to use this Platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account
   

   – Account Creation: You may be required to register an account with accurate and complete information.
   – Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity on your account.
   – Unauthorized Use: We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
   – Account Closure: You may close your account anytime by contacting customer service.
   

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
   

   – Geographic Scope: We accept orders only for delivery within Lebanon.
   – Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without prior notice.
   – Payment: You agree to pay all charges, including taxes and delivery fees, for purchases made through your account.
   – Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
   

5. Delivery
   

   – Delivery Areas: We deliver across Lebanon, subject to operational limitations.
   – Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
   – Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
   

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
   

   – Cancellations: You may cancel your order by contacting us prior to dispatch. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

7. Accuracy of Material

    WADIHCO SARL is not responsible for content on external sites linked from the Platform. Links do not imply endorsement. Use external links at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    

    These Terms are governed by Lebanese law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
